From the booming data economy to the “work from anywhere” culture, an array of emerging technologies and behaviors are driving a transformation in real estate. We built our real estate platform from the ground up to leverage our strategic and information advantages, including our visionary network, intending to identify those places and spaces where tech disruptions make way for scalable opportunities. In 2021, we launched Sentral, a network of urban residential communities establishing a new category in flexible living that redefines the way people live, travel, and work. Currently, ICONIQ has approximately $7.2 billion under management in its real estate focused strategies in both the data center and tech-enabled multifamily housing sectors with additional technology-centric investment strategies on the horizon.
